MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A90I 3EF0010 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) that is used for injection molding. It has special features of easy flow, high surface quality, weathering dry, hot (Kalahari, PV3929), weathering moist, hot (Florida, PV3930), good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is used in the automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, sport and leisure, and furniture market segments for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, thin walled parts, profiles, cable ducts, 2K components, and casters. It has an adhesion to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer generally.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® WP PC+ABS 5005 TFUV 16151 is a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene blend with 5% PTFE and UV stabilization that has improved sliding and wear properties. It is used in automotive, machinery, and injection molded parts, such as housings, functional components, bearings, and sliding elements. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 240-280°C and a mold temperature of 70-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A35I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer with a natural color and is best suited for injection molding. It is used for applications such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, plugs, fasteners &amp; connectors, and 2K components. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance, making it suitable for use in a variety of industries including automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, furniture, and other industries.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® R 9519 is a special injection molding grade containing 45% glass fibers and recycled material, making it suitable for applications such as fixing elements and lamp sockets. Pre-drying is required in a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. During processing, injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of at least 140°C.

TEDUR® R 9519

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 GY1281-04LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides light scattering, high light transmission, and good flow. It has been approved by GS93016 and is widely used in the automotive and lighting markets for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. The product should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment to ensure its quality.

ALCOM® PC 740/4 GY1281-04LD

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 2030/156 GF30 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 30% glass fibers, which are chemically coupled and have easy release (demolding) features. It is used for processing injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It is suitable for medical/personal care, building, and construction applications such as housings, pump impellers, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ECO PC+ABS 1000 SL WT1023-21 is a pre-dried injection molding grade with a polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene blend. It is highly reflective, contains recycled material, has anti-squeak modifications, and is opaque. It is used in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and lighting markets and is typically used for light guides and reflectors. When processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 240-280°C and the mold temperature should be 70-100°C.

ALCOM® LB ECO PC+ABS 1000 SL WT1023-21

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 15061 CC1104-15 is a polycarbonate-based polymer with a special filler/additive system and UV stabilization. The injection molding processing requires a melt temperature of between 270-310°C and a mold temperature of between 80-110°C. It has excellent light transmission properties, dependent on wall thickness, as well as light scattering and easy flow capabilities. It is used in automotive, lighting, and other applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. It has been approved by GS93016 and is suitable for a wide range of applications.

ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 15061 CC1104-15

WIC PP 40 BK LE is a black material with low emission and heat age stabilization properties intended for use in automotive and sports applications. The base polymer is polypropylene, and it contains 40% carbon fiber as a filler. Prior to processing via injection molding, the material must be pre-dried at 80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on its moisture content, which should not exceed 0.10%. During injection molding, the material should be melted at temperatures ranging from 210 to 260°C, with a mold temperature between 30 and 60°C.
