MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H FC 1000/568 is a polypropylene homopolymer with antistatic features that is primarily used in the food processing industry, personal care, and for injection molded parts. It has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. Pre-drying conditions for this material involve drying with a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or with an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-240°C, and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. Typical applications of this material include various injection molded parts such as containers, lids, and caps.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 1000/170 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that solidifies quickly and is easy to demold. It is heat and processing stabilized, making it suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures between 250-270°C and mold temperatures between 40-80°C. This polymer is suitable for use in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. It can be used for injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and for housings and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 GY1111-09LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system, colored similar to RAL 7015, featuring light scattering and good flow. It is intended for use in the automotive and lighting market segments for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A65I 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer suitable for injection molding. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. Its market segment includes automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture, and its applications include injection molded parts, seals, sealing lip, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fastener &amp; connector, and 2K components.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® POM 770/1 SI2 is a heat-stabilized, improved sliding/wear Polyoxymethylene Copolymer with a 2% silicone filler/additive system. It is typically used for bearings and sliding elements, functional components, gear wheels, and roller bearings in the automotive and machinery market segments. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 180-220°C and the mold temperature should be between 60-120°C. It should be pre-dried in a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-3 hours or an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 3-5 hours depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 GY1156-04LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides light scattering and high light diffusion properties. It is used primarily in the automotive and lighting industry for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. It is approved under GS93016 and must be processed using an injection molding process with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2030/150 GF30 CP is a heterophasic copolymer made of polypropylene and 30% glass fibers, coupled together chemically and easy to remove. It is heat and processing stable, and is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-250°C and mold temperatures of 20-70°C. It is most commonly used for automotive purposes such as functional components, powertrain parts, housings, fixing elements, interior and exterior decoration and finishing. To ensure optimal results, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures of 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.

ALTECH® PP-B A 2030/150 GF30 CP

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9903-1 is a base polymer composed of Polyphenylene Sulfide and 70% special filler, with special features of increased thermal conductivity, electrostatic dissipation, high density, and magnetisability. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at a temperature of 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content and processing injection molding with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature greater than 140°C. This product is suitable for the automotive, machinery, electrical, and electronic market segments and is typically used for applications such as coil formers/bobbins. It is an ideal choice for high-heat applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 BL1355-06LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system providing translucent, light scattering, and good flow properties. It is suitable for automotive, lighting, and light transparent components such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements, and has been approved by GS93016. The recommended processing injection molding temperature is 270-310°C, with a mold temperature of 80-110°C. For optimal performance, this material should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment.
