MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 1000/518 IM is a Polyamide 6 impact modified base polymer designed for easy release (demolding). Pre-drying should be done at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. It is suitable for automotive, machinery, and injection molded parts applications. The processing injection molding melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 15054 GY1096-15 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides properties like translucent, light scattering, and high light diffusion, as well as good flow. It is suitable for applications like lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements in the automotive and lighting market segments. When injection molding, a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C should be used. It is approved by GS93016 and should be stored dry and protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D40I 4FC0010 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) suitable for food contact and compliant with EN 71-3. It has good colorability, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance with an easy flow. It is suitable for usage in packaging, household goods, food processing industry, toys, and injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, protection caps, caps/closures, containers, and kitchenware.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD PC 1000 UV 17134 GY1129-17 is a polycarbonate base polymer with special features of being translucent, light scattering, high light diffusion, easy release (demolding), good flow, processing stabilized, and UV stabilized. It is approved by GS93016 and is typically used in the automotive and lighting market segments for lighting and light transparent components. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature range is 270-310°C and the mold temperature range is 80-110°C. The product should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment, ensuring it stays in optimal condition.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO A75I 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer recyclate with excellent resistance to weathering, chemicals, ozone, hot air, and hydrolysis. It is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including injection molded parts, extruded parts, coextrusion, seals, sealing lips, handles, racking/shelving, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, soft touch elements, cable ducts, casters, profiles, and 2K components. It also has excellent adhesion to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general. The service temperature range of this polymer is -40 to 125°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4.19 WT1302-05LB is a polycarbonate base polymer containing a special filler/additive system with high reflectivity, opacity, and easy flow. It is suitable for applications in the automotive and lighting industry such as light guides, reflectors, and light blocking components. It should be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 280-320°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. For optimal results, it should be stored in a dry place, away from light, and protected from moisture.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 14019 WT1030-14 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized and has translucent, light scattering, and high light diffusion characteristics. It is typically used in automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. Injection molding of this polymer requires a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C.

ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 14019 WT1030-14

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/25 UV WT1445-06LD is a high heat polycarbonate with a special filler/additive system that provides light scattering, high light diffusion, high heat stabilization, UV stabilization, and easy flow. It is typically used for lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements in the automotive and lighting markets. Processing Injection molding should use a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of 100-120°C. The material should be processed immediately after pre-drying for optimal results.

ALCOM® PC 740/25 UV WT1445-06LD

WIPELAST TV 30 BK UV is a black polypropylene-EPDM composite material with 30% talc filler and UV stabilizers, specifically designed for use in the automotive industry. Prior to processing, the material must be pre-dried at 60-100°C in an air-circulating dryer for 2-4 hours, depending on the initial moisture content, to achieve a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. During processing, the melt temperature should be maintained at 200-270°C, with a mold temperature of 20-60°C during injection molding.
