MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4920/180 MR20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% talcum, which offers hot water resistance, good chemical resistance, heat stability, easy release (demolding), and good flow. It is designed for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and mold temperature of 20-70°C. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. This material is suitable for applications in the building and construction and automotive industry, such as interior decoration/finishing, injection molded parts and housings, fixing elements, and functional components.

ALTECH® PP-H A 4920/180 MR20

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ABS 1000 15018 WT1029-15 is a pre-dried acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer containing a special filler, designed for highly reflective and opaque automotive and lighting components such as light guides and reflectors. It should be processed with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PA AO A WT1114-15 is a 6% dosage injection molding colorant for use in Polyamide with a base polymer of Polyamide, a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8, a filler/additive system of light stabilizer, a color of white, special features of being UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, dust-free, with a high additive content and high dispersibility, for use in various building and construction applications, such as door handles.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 16156 GY1118-16 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized and features the properties of being translucent, light scattering, high light diffusion, and having good flow characteristics. It is approved by GS93016 and is suitable for Automotive and Lighting market segments, with typical applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. For injection molding processing, the recommended melt temperature is 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be 80-110°C. When storing this material, it should be kept dry and protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/901 WT1260-20 is a polystyrene base polymer with impact-easy release (demolding) properties, designed for injection molding grade applications. It is suitable for use in the Automotive, electrical and electronic, and building and construction market segments, to make injection molded parts such as bezels and housings. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C.

ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/901 WT1260-20

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9523 is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer with a 60% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system, which is black in color. It has high stiffness, improved surface appearance, and is suitable for various applications such as reflectors. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for two to four hours depending on moisture content. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 320-340°C and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT3056-10 is a white colorant, similar to RAL 9003, with a dosage of 9.0% for extrusion and injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity and application and operational area. It contains a Laser sensitive additive and a blue woolscale 8 Light Fastness colorant, and is based on Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer. It is laser etchable (dark etching), impact modified, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and has high dispersibility and is dust-free. It is suitable for Automotive, Machinery, electrical and electronic, Furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, for injection molded parts, extruded parts, and compounding.

ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT3056-10

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1201-08LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system offering translucency, light scattering, high light diffusion, and UV stabilization, as well as easy flow properties. It is primarily used in the automotive and lighting market segments for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements, and is approved by GS93016. This polymer is injection molded at a melt temperature range of 270-310°C and a mold temperature range of 80-110°C.

ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1201-08LD

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT A 1000/100 is a special heat-stabilized Polybutylene Terephthalate base polymer with good flow used for various injection-molded parts. The recommended processing injection-molding melt temperature is 250-270°C and mold temperature 40-70°C. After use, it should be stored dry, in a dark place, and not above 30°C.
