MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4940/100 MR40 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer base polymer with a 40% talcum filler/additive system. It has easy release (demolding) and slip agent features, as well as being heat stabilized. It is commonly used in the automotive, building and construction markets for interior decoration/finishing, gardening tools, injection molded parts, and functional components, such as housings. Pre-drying conditions include a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing Injection molding melt temperature is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. Ensure that the barrel and mold temperatures are properly set before starting the injection cycle.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A50I 3EF0010 is a black Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) which is easy to flow and has high surface quality. It offers good weathering, chemical, ozone, hot air and hydrolysis resistance. Typical applications include seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, thin walled parts, profiles, cable ducts, and 2K components. It adheres to Polypropylene Homopolymer, Polypropylene Copolymer, Polyethylene, Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer, and Thermoplastic Elastomer in general.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® POM 770/1.1 CF20 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer with 20% carbon fibers that offers electrically conductivity, reduced surface resistivity and high stiffness. It is commonly used for functional components and bearings in automotive, machinery, and other industries. For pre-drying, the material should be placed in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 3-5 hours, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%. The melt temperature for injection molding is 190-230°C and the mold temperature is 60-120°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 1000/586 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with fast solidifying, high impact modified, and high toughness properties. It contains recycled material, and is suitable for applications in the automotive, building and construction, and various market segments. Typical applications include operating elements, housings, cable ties, and various transport systems and energy management components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 2010/121 GF10 IM UV is a polycarbonate-based material with a 10% glass fiber, impact modified filler/additive system and is UV stabilized and easy to release (demolding). It contains recycled material and is suitable for exterior parts in the automotive and various other market segments such as housings and racking/shelving. The material should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment and for processing injection molding, it should be done with a melt temperature of 310-330°C and a mold temperature of 80-130°C.

ALTECH® ECO PC 2010/121 GF10 IM UV

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 730/5 UV WT1231-10LDX is a polycarbonate extrusion grade that is UV stabilized and contains a special filler. It is translucent, light scattering, and has high light diffusion, making it ideal for use as lamp covers and other light transparent components in automotive and lighting applications. The melt temperature for extrusion should be in the range of 240-280°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV GY1416-04LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler and additive system that is UV stabilized and features translucent, light scattering, and easy flow properties. It is suitable for automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements and is approved by GS93016.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2340/750 GF30 GK10 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer with a filler/additive system of 30% glass fibers and 10% glass beads, which is chemically coupled, highly heat stabilized, has a good flow, low warpage, easy release (demolding), slip agent, and processing stabilized. It is suitable for a variety of applications, such as electrical and electronic, automotive and interior decoration/finishing, exterior parts, electrical components, housings, functional components, automotive powertrain parts, and batteries.

ALTECH® PP-H A 2340/750 GF30 GK10 CP

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV CC1320-08LG is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system, UV stabilized, that has excellent light transmission and light scattering properties, as well as good flow. It is suitable for automotive and lighting applications such as lighting, light transparent components, light guides, display elements, and operating elements. It is approved by BQF5404, GMW15702, and GS93016 and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.
