MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT/ASA 715/1 GF15 TF6 UV WT1287-09LB is a material composed of a base polymer of Polybutylene Terephthalate + Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate, a filler/additive system of 15% glass fibers and 6% PTFE, and special features of high reflectivity, opacity, and high stiffness, with UV stabilization. It is developed for the automotive and lighting industries and is suitable for light guides, reflectors, and light blocking components.

ALCOM® PBT/ASA 715/1 GF15 TF6 UV WT1287-09LB

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/1.1 CF20 PTFE15 is a polybutylene terephthalate base polymer with 20% carbon fibers and 15% PTFE, designed for use in machinery applications and injection molded parts. It is electrically conductive, has reduced surface resistivity and improved sliding/wear, and is heat stabilized. The pre-drying conditions are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 100-120°C for 2-4 hours, or in an air circulating dryer 100-120°C for 4-8 hours depending on moisture content. The processing injection molding melt temperature is 250-270°C and the mold temperature is 80-120°C. The product should be handled with care to avoid any damage.

ALCOM® PBT 700/1.1 CF20 PTFE15

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9422-1 is a base polymer of Polyphenylene Sulfide containing 30% glass fibers and 15% PTFE. It has improved sliding and wear, high stiffness, and high toughness, making it suitable for use in the automotive and machinery market segments for bearings and sliding elements and functional components. Processing Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of &gt;140°C.

TEDUR® L 9422-1

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® CP 430-13 AG is a base polymer composed of Cellulose Acetate Propionate with 13% phthalate-free plasticiser. Pre-drying conditions require an air circulating dryer with a temperature between 50-80°C for 2-4 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.05%. For processing injection molding, an extrusion melt temperature of 180-230°C and an indie temperature of 40-80°C are required.

CELLIDOR® CP 430-13 AG

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 CC1120-05LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that offers light scattering, high light transmission, and good flow. It has been approved by GS93016 and requires pre-drying conditions of 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.02%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV CC1323-08LG is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized and provides high light transmission, light scattering, and good flow. It is commonly used in the automotive and lighting market segments for applications such as light guides, display elements, and operating elements. It has approvals from GMW15702 and GS93016. For injection molding, the recommended melt temperature is 270-300°C, and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.

ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV CC1323-08LG

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PP 3030 19024 is a white polypropylene homopolymer with a 30% glass bead filler/additive system that has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It is widely used in markets such as packaging, personal care, household goods, building and construction, and sport and leisure. Typical applications include sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, kitchen ware, functional components, housings, handles, fittings, containers, and caps/closures.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/901 WT1222-20 is a Polystyrene impact injection molding grade offering easy release (demolding) characteristics, suitable for use in Automotive, electrical and electronic, and building and construction applications. It should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, and processed using injection molding with melt temperature 180-260°C and mold temperature 10-70°C. Typical applications include bezels and housings, and it should be stored in a light-protected environment.

ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/901 WT1222-20

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 730/3.1 UV WT1283-09LDM is a polycarbonate-based extrusion grade material with a special filler/additive system containing UV stabilizers, antioxidants, and light scattering properties, resulting in a low gloss finish. It is suitable for use in lighting applications and is typically used for lamp covers. The melt temperature range for extrusion is 240-280°C.
