MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 531-10 is a Cellulose Acetate Butyrate polymer with 10% phthalate-free plasticiser. It is used for various applications and pre-dried in an air circulating dryer at a temperature of 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.05%. For processing injection molding, the extrusion melt temperature should range from 180-230°C and the injection molding temperature should be 40-80°C.

CELLIDOR® B 531-10

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/180 is a base polymer composed of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with special features of injection molding grade and easy release (demolding). It has a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.20%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 200-240°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. This product is suitable for automotive, medical/personal care, and various other market segments and is recommended for applications such as domestic appliances, household goods, interior decoration/finishing, dashboard/instrument panels, impact protection/shock absorbers, and various other typical applications.

ALTECH® ABS A 1000/180

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 1000 AS 14115 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. It is based on a polystyrene impact polymer and contains an antistatic and permanent filler/additive system. It is designed for medical and personal care applications such as housings and is processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C. To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions should be conducted in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h, depending on moisture content.

ALCOM® MED PS 1000 AS 14115

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/100 is a heat-stabilized, easy-release injection molding grade of polycarbonate that can be used in a variety of market segments and applications. For pre-drying, it should be kept in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 120°C for 2-3 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. For injection molding, a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C should be used.

ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/100

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 3230/100 GB20 GF10 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with a filler/additive system consisting of 20% glass beads and 10% glass fibers, which provides low warpage, heat stabilization, and fast solidifying properties. It is recommended to pre-dry the material at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. Typical applications for this material include various industrial components.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A75I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer used in a variety of markets such as automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is typically used for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners &amp; connectors, and 2K components.

ALFATER® XL A75I 2GP0050

WIC PA6 15 BK IM is a heat aging stabilized, impact modified Polyamide 6 base polymer with 15% carbon fiber filler in black color, suitable for Automotive and Sport market segments. Its pre-drying conditions are 80°C in a dry-air dryer for 2-8h, depending on moisture content up to 0.12% max. moisture content. The processing conditions are injection molding with melt temperature 250-270°C and mold temperature between 60-100°C. The increased thermal conductivity must be considered under certain conditions. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment and used within six months after opening the package.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 109/15 UV WT1217-11LB is a base polymer of acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer modified with polycarbonate, containing 15% special filler and special features of being highly reflective, opaque, UV stabilized, and highly heat stabilized. It is intended for use in the automotive and various market segments, primarily for lighting and light blocking components such as light guides and reflectors.

ALCOM® AWL 109/15 UV WT1217-11LB

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/502 UV WT1123-11LS is a polycarbonate base polymer with easy flow, UV stabilization and laser etchable (dark etching) properties. It is suitable for various injection molded parts and applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C. Furthermore, it should be stored dry, protected from light, and not above 30°C.
