MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2025/309 GF25 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with 25% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is suitable for injection molding, with melt temperatures of 270-290°C and mold temperatures of 80-100°C, and has special features such as easy release (demolding), easy flow, processing stabilization and heat stabilization. It is suitable for the automotive, machinery, building and construction market segments, and can be used for injection molded parts, exterior parts, housings, functional components and air ducts.

ALTECH® PA6 B 2025/309 GF25

WIC PA66 30 BK EF is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 30% carbon fiber filler and black color, specially designed for easy flow and heat aging stabilization. It is mainly used in the automotive and sport market segments. Processing conditions include injection molding with a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. Under certain conditions, increased thermal conductivity must be considered. To ensure optimal performance, it should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 17090 WT1087-17 is a polycarbonate base material with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized and provides light scattering and high light transmission. It is suitable for automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements and is approved by GS93016. For pre-drying, conditions should be 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.02%. Processing injection molding should occur at a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1516-04LD is a polycarbonate material with a special filler/additive system that has been UV stabilized for translucent, light scattering properties and good flow. It is ideal for lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements in the automotive and lighting industries.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC+AWL 750/15.1 WT1378-04LB is a polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene blend with a special filler that is highly reflective and opaque. It is used in automotive, electrical and electronic, and lighting market segments for lighting and light blocking components such as light guides and reflectors. The pre-drying conditions should include a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-4 hours, and an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 4-8 hours, with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® CFX ABS+PC 1000 UV 19004 is a modified Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with polycarbonate and UV stabilized filler/additive system designed to give a special metallic effect and good flow. It is suitable for injection molding applications in the automotive, building and construction industries, and is used for housing and clothing/fastener applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA IM NC2595-14 is a high-impact, modified and heat-stabilized polyamide 66 base polymer, suitable for application in cable ties. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The injection molding temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM ABS 1000 AG 14077 is a pre-drying Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with hygienic material, light stabilizer, and natural color. It has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196 and is used in the market segments of packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. It is mainly used in sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, clothing/fasteners, housings, handles, and fittings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/128 is a UV-stabilized polycarbonate base polymer with easy release (demolding) characteristics. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions of 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.02%. It is suitable for applications including exterior parts, light transparent components and injection molded parts, and is commonly used for lamp covers, housings, and various other products. It should be stored dry, protected from light, and kept away from direct sunlight.

It is designed for use in injection molding and is processing stabilized, UV stabilized and weather stabilized, making it suitable for use in building and construction applications. It has good chemical resistance, high surface quality, high surface gloss, and good haptics. It is also suitable for use in thick-walled parts and has a high light transmission.

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 631-12,5 is a cellulose acetate butyrate polymer with a phthalate-free plasticiser system of 12-13%, a light stabilizer, and added features of high toughness, high surface quality, high surface gloss, good haptics, and good weathering resistance. It is used for extruded parts and profiles.

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 501-10 is a Base Polymer of Cellulose Acetate Butyrate that has been pre-dried in either a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 50-70°C for 1-2 h or an air circulating dryer at 50-70°C for 2-4 h. It is suitable for Processing Injection molding with a melt temperature of 190-235°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C and is formulated with a phthalate-free plasticiser and other additives to provide good chemical resistance, high light transmission, high surface quality, processing stabilization, injection molding grade, good haptics, and good weathering resistance, making it suitable for various market segments and applications areas with typical applications.
