MOKAERO 10 aeration base is an instant product obtained using the spray drying technology. They are made of vegetable oils, proteins and a special composition of plant-based emulsifiers. The selection and proportions of individual raw materials determine the key parameters of the topping such as volume increase, consistency, stability and taste. MOKAERO topping bases are used in cold desserts whenever we want to achieve an aeration effect obtained by mechanical mixing. The aeration effect improves creaminess and flavor, but most importantly increases the volume of the final product. MOKAERO topping bases can be combined with hydrocolloids to modify the structure, volume gain and stability. The addition of cocoa, fruit powders and flavors makes it possible to create exquisite desserts.

MOKA CW CREAMERS are instant products designed mainly to create a whitening effect while also improving the taste of the finished product. Our MOKA CW creamers are made from vegetable oil (6.5 - 60% content) while the added milk proteins and functional additives provide stability in both hot and cold beverages, hard water and different pH. Even though vegetable fat and milk proteins make less than half of a MOKA CW creamers for beverages, it is these different vegetable fat types and top quality milk proteins that provide the full taste, creaminess and milkiness of the beverage. High fat creamers (min. 35%) are also used in meal concentrates and powdered desserts.

MOKA FI SW 60 CR02 creamer with increased fat concentration is the ice cream base offered by MOKATE are intended for the direct production of Italian and American ice-cream. Specially developed mixtures are ideally suited to machines available on the market. The products have a natural, intense flavor and creamy consistency. Preparation of ice cream based on MOKATE powder ice bases involves mixing the base ice cream concentrates with water. This mixture of ice cream is ready for production in ice machines without the need of pasteurization.

MOKA FI FP 80 80PR01 high-fat base is an instant product with high vegetable fat content (70 - 80%). They are created using a modern technology known as spray drying, which makes it possible to obtain properly emulsified fat which is bonded with the medium. Our high-fat powders are enriched with milk proteins and other functional additives that affect their application properties.
