The main fields of application are the coating of machine components, fire doors, engine manifolds, car exhaust silencers, drying units etc. These commonly use one-coat finishes.
Systems of this kind are also applied for sealing spray-metallized surfaces. CoatOSil P 501 Resin can also be used for multi-coat finishing systems for industrial plant.

Coatings formulated with CoatOSil P 501 Resin dry tack-free even at room temperature, yielding films with good mechanical resistance, weather stability and corrosion resistance. Optimum mechanical properties and resistance to oil and petrol can however be expected only after exposure to temperatures above 200°C, for about one hour.

Storage: When stored in its original, unopened container at 25°C, CoatOSil P 501 Resin has a shelf life of 720 days, from the date of manufacturing.Please read the use-before/expiry date on the product label
and certificate.Avoid contact with lead or lead compounds.
