Lamagna Cheese 30# Impastata Ricotta

This semi-soft, creamy goat milk jack cheese has a mild, milky flavor that is complemented by a proprietary blend of zesty peppers. It has a rich, buttery mouth feel that becomes increasingly creamy with age.

LaClare Creamery Pepper Jack

An American take on a traditional alpine style cheese, the dense nutty paste has a bright and sweet finish with just a hint of hazelnut and butterscotch on the finish. Saxony is made using summer milk from pasture grazed cows.

Saxon Creamery Saxony Alpine

Sweet, fresh, light, fruity goat milk cheddar. As the cheese ages it becomes rich, nutty &amp; increasingly complex with a creamy body.

LaClare Creamery Cheddar

Lamagna ricotta is made from 3 simple ingredients. Our ricotta is milk-based rather than whey-based. Additionally, we do not use additives or preservatives (gums, starches, or stabilizers). Our only ingredients are: milk, vinegar, and salt!

This pressed curd cheese is made from whole pasteurized goat milk. It is salty and tart with a crumbly texture. It develops sweet tangy notes over time.

Lamagna ricotta is made from 3 simple ingredients. Our ricotta is milk-based rather than whey-based. Additionally, we do not use additives or preservatives (gums, starches, or stabilizers). Our only ingredients are: milk, vinegar, and salt!
