MPA Veterinary Medicines and Additives

MPA Veterinary Medicines and Additives, S.L. develops and exports nutritional additives and pharmaceutical products for animal production. Established around Barcelona (Spain), it is currently present in more than 30 countries. MPA is the international unit of PH-Ibérica, S.L. – Albio Ferm, S.L. – Mevet, S.A.U, pharmaceutical company of Vall Companys Group, GMP accredited. Mevet was created in 1992, mainly for the manufacture of medicines used by Vall Companys Group. This group is one of the European leaders in pig production (4.5 million tons produced in 2019) and is among the top five in poultry (72 million chickens produced in 2019). It offers different ranges of innovative nutritional additives such as phytochemicals, enteric microbial and Coccidia control, solutions of high concentration in amino acids and vitamins, antifungal and mycotoxin adsorbent, among others. As for the pharmaceutical products, it has a complete range of oral and injectable formulations and medicated premix.
