Recommended levels/use

The properties and performance of a defoamer are greatly dependent upon the specific formulation in which it is utilized and, consequently, should always be tested (possibly at different treatment levels, temperatures, and/or time intervals) to verify performance prior to use. A starting dosage level of 0.1% to 0.6%, based on the weight of the formulation, is recommended.
