Nurcacit DPG PDR may be used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulfenamides in NR and SBR compounds. Exhibits better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not as active. DPG can be used in latex as a secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silicon-fluoride foam process.

Nurcacit ZMBT PDR finds its main application in latex where it is used as a primary accelerator in combination with ZDMC or ZDEC. Latex films cured with ZMBT have a markedly higher modulus. Furthermore a better compression set resistance in latex foam can be achieved, without increasing the cure time. ZMBT does not destabilize latex formulations. In dry rubber applications, the performance of ZMBT is almost similar to MBT with slight scorch improvement.

Nurcacit DCBS PDR provide a longer scorch time, longer cure time and lower modulus than CZ TBBS and MBS. Thus will require higher use level for equivalent physical properties; more often used in steel skim compounds for improved and adhesion.

Nurcacit MBS GRS provides extended scorch safety and good green stock storage stability compared to CBS or TBBS. It is recommended for applications where extended scorch safety is required such as thick extrusions. Stock with high loading of furnace blacks such as ISAF and SAF. Its long scorch delay is also advantageous in injection or transfer molding operations.

Nurcacit ZBEC PDR is aoverspead accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Curing active temperature is low. It can substitute for ZDBC 、ZDEC 、PZ, etc.. Operating safety is much better. Specially, it will not produce cancer-causing nitrosamize during the rubber manufacturing process and it can be used as excellent activator to kinds of thiazoles. Appropriate matching quantity of Zinc oxide and sulfur when using, and aliphatic acid is not necessary .it can be added directly into rubber mass and also can be added into latex as component part.

Nurcacit DOTG PDR is suitable for NR, SNR, IIR, IR, SBR, NBR and CR. Seldom uses alone, commonly with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and sulphenamides to promote its activity, This product is a plastic-decomposing agent in CR. However, this product is not suitable for food-related products or medical products.

Nurcacit DETU PDR is the most active thiourea for the vulcanization of CR. Gives rapid vulcanization at low, medium and high temperatures. Can be used to boost EPDM sulfur vulcanization systems. Particularly suited to high-speed C.V. processes. Used in CR.

Nurcacit CBS PDR is a primary amino based accelerator giving good scorch safety, a fast cure and good modulus development in a variety of general purpose polymers. It is the most active sulfenamide in EPDM.

Nurcacit ZDEC PDR is a fast curing primary or secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, EPDM. ZDEC is used in both natural and synthetic latex. Furthermore it is an antioxidant in adhesive systems.

Nurcacit TMTD PDR can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulfur donor in most sulfur-cured elastomers. TMTD is scorch and gives fast cure rates. In sulfur less and EV cure system TMTD produces an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance. Good color retention is obtaining in non-black vulcanizates. TMTD is a valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. In the vulcanization of polychloroprene rubber with N,N’-ethylene thiourea, TMTD may be used as a retarder.

Nurcacit DPTU(CA) PDR is the medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Synergises with sulfur donor to boost vulcanization when used in NR and SBR. Need zinc oxide to be effective. Used as secondaryaccelerator in CR vulcanization and EPDR vulcanization system. Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. It’s critical temperature is 80º C, so could be used as raw materials for pharmatical and dye and the test reagent for OS and Rh.

Nurcacit DBTU PDR is a Ultra accelerator for CR and a secondary accelerator for natural rubber, EPDM and SBR. Also used as a corrosion inhibitor in non-rubber applications.

Nurcacit MBT PDR can be used as a fast, non-staining accelerator for both dry rubber and latex applications. Low temperature curing can be achieved by the use of Nurcacit TMTD/TETD or Nurcacit DPG as secondary accelerators. Nurcacit MBT confers excellent aging characteristics to vulcanizates.

Nurcacit ZDTP PDR is a fast curing secondary accelerator for NR and EPDM. It is mainly used as an accelerator in non-blooming., relative low cost, fast curing systems for EPDM when used in combination with MBTS or sulfenamides in NR compounds. ZDTP dramatically improves reversion resistance. Because of its non-amine based structure, ZDTP can be used as a component in non-N-nitrosamine generation cure systems. ZDTP is non-discoloring and non-staining. ZDTP is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under Bg VV XXI, category 4, ZDTP is not regulated for use in FDA food contact applicants.

Nurcacit TETD PDR is the natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, cis-butadiene rubber and latex’s super accelerator and vulcanizing agent. The active sulfur content is 11%, can be used as the neoprene’s modifier. In the rubber, this product is easy to disperse, does not change color, does not pollute, usually uses in making the electric cable, the rubberized fabric, the rubber shoes, the inner tube, the bright color product and so on.

Nurcacit ZDMC PDR is a fast curing accelerator for natural, synthetic rubber and latex. It can be used as accelerators of butyl rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and EPDM rubber, non-toxic, inodorous, stainless and changeless in colors on products, suitable for coated fabric. It had wonderful effect in the products of EPDM rubber and butyl rubber.

Nurcacit ETU PDR is a special curing accelerator for chloroprene rubber of CH and W, epichlorohydrin rubber and polyacrylate rubber, suitable for wire, cable, rubber belt and tube, rubber shoes, rubber coat and so on, also suitable for intermediate products of fine chemicals, antioxidant, insecticide, dyestuff, drug and synthetic resin, etc.

Nurcacit TBBS PDR provides fast cure and high modules development in NR SBR BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products. Can be used to effectively replace MBTS/DPG systems TBBS may give equal modulus to CBS or MBS when used as a 10% lower level.

Nurcacit DPTT PDR is secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, EPDM, and NBR. For rich sulfur content of 28%, it could be used as cure agent. In the system of SBR and NBR, it could be used the primary cure agent. No poison and no pollution. Easily dispersed in rubber system.

Nurcacit TMTM PDR used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulfenamides to achieve faster cure rates. TMTM is distinguished by very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams. High curing activity and no discoloration. Unlike the thiuram dissulfides. TMTM will not produce cures in the absence of added elemental sulfur. It is an excellent accelerator for polychloroprene in association with DPG and sulpur.

Nurcacit MTT PDR used as vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber, Injection-molded and technical extruded articles, profiles, hoses, seals, mills (rollers), cable sheeting, conveyor-belts based on CR. Possesses good module, age-resistance and advantageous compression set. Nurcacit MTT dispersed perfectly in compounds based on polychloroprene. As a result of its relatively low melting point (about 60 to 70 C), the material usually melts down and disperses without any problems. Because Nurcacit MTT is a powerful accelerator, it is best to incorporate it at the end of the mixing process together with ZnO. Particularly in compounds with a high rubber content, high viscosity or containing large amounts of active carbon black, MTT should be incorporated into the otherwise finished compound while it is being preheated for conversion.

Nurcacit MBTS PDR gives flat, moderately fast cures in nature and synthetic rubber. Also used in a wide range of general purpose rubbers. Non-staining/non-discoloring in “white” stock; act as a plasticizer/retarder in polychloroprene rubber. Secondary acceleration is usually required for synthetic polymers. Exhibits better scorch safety than MBT.

Nurcacit ZDBC PDR is a primary or secondary accelerator in NR, SBR. IIR or EPDM. ZDMC is used in both natural and synthetic latex for faster curing than with ZDEC or ZDMC. Furthermore, it is an antioxidant in rubber-based adhesive systems.
