Nexa3D xMODEL 2505 is a high resolution dental model material suitable for modeling and thermoforming applications. It is a meth-acrylate based resin suitable for use on Nexa3D printers, including NXE400 and NXD200.printers. Curing profiles are developed for 100 and 50 µm layer heights.

KeyGuide® is alight-curing resin for the fabrication of biocompatible dental surgical guides to be used in DLP 3D printer sutilizing wave lengths between 385nm - 405nm.

KeyTray™ is a strong, biocompatible (Class I) 3D printing resin designed to create customized, individual impression trays quickly and with precision. The material is strong and durable to withstand the forces of taking a patient impression and removing the tray from the oral cavity. It is compatible with all types of impression material.

Nexa3D xPA11 is a bio compatible nylon material that is durable and flexible, making it optimal for use in exterior medical applications.

Nexa3D xMED412 is a strong, durable, photopolymer material exhibiting mechanical characteristics like polypropylene. The product attributes include excellent elongation, impact strength, and compression strength for use in applications where wear resistance is critical. Parts manufactured with xMED412 are biocompatible in addition to being machinable, tapped, or polished.

KeyPrint® KeySplint Soft® is a light-curing resin for the 3D printing of flexible biocompatible dental devices for use with DLP printers (385-405nm).
