The foundation of gluten-free baking. Quinoa Flour binds with moisture and reduces the water activity in baking. Our flour can simplify a formulation by replacing the need for additional starches and binders, as well as add nutrition not often found in gluten-free foods- it’s a natural companion to clean label formulations. Don’t forget, Quinoa Flour can also be used as a thickener in gravies and sauces.
Quinoa Flour is made by milling our proprietary Golden Quinoa into an ultra-fine powder. Our flour is available in different particle sizes depending upon your needs.
