Quinoa Flour is produced from the milling of Canadian quinoa. This gluten-free flour is suitable for variety of uses in baked goods, extruded snacks, and cereal pieces.

NorQuin Quinoa Flour (White)

Quinoa Crisps are produced from using the same clean label processing as crisped rice. Made from Canadian grown Golden Quinoa, Quinoa Crisps havea golden color, a crispy texture and a weet yet toasty flavor.

Pre-Gel Flour is instantly dissolvable and can be used as a replacement for modified starches. Pre-Gel Flour can prevent syneresis and is appropriate in refrigerated and in freeze/thaw applications. Pre-Gel Flour is amazing in puddings, sauces or salad dressings, as well as in beverages. Itâ€™s an ideal choice for clean label formulations.

It has a unique, nutty, and toasted flavor and a “crispy” crunch. Quinoa is a completed source of protein as it contains all the essential amino acids.

Quinoa Pops (formerly known as Crispy Quinoa), is produced from cleaned Canadian grown golden quinoa that is popped with heat like popcorn. This process retains much of the protein and other nutritional qualities of the raw seed. Quinoa Pops have a golden toasted color and flavor with a light crunchy texture. This product is best used in cereal, granola, clusters, bars, and other snacks.
