NYCOSIX grades are available in a wide range of viscosities including low, medium, high, and ultra-high. In addition, nylon extractable levels can be customized, along with certain additive packages to meet customers’ specifications. Finally, NYCOA’s NYCOSIX grades offer a unique opportunity to incorporate inorganic in-situ, introducing chemistries such as Nano-clay particles and micronized silica particles, as well as key additives that provide performance benefits across different applications.

- NYCO6 870 has been listed by Underwriters Laboratories for jacketing types THHN and THWN thermoplastic-insulated building wires and gasoline resistant types THWN and TW. Approval for jacketing appliance and wiring material for 75C oil resistant uses has also been obtained.
- NYCO6 870 can be certified to MIL-M-20693A, Types IV and IVA nylon.
