Oliver Chemical

As the United States was emerging from the Great Depression in 1938, Oliver began manufacturing operations in the west end of Cincinnati, Ohio. The Oliver Chemical Company produced cleaning compounds for the railroads, along with car wash products for the rapidly growing auto industry. During the first thirty years the company developed products to supply the many regional janitorial distributors. The current 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Cincinnati's industrial center, allows for production and packaging of both powder and liquid products. The Oliver Chemical Company currently manufactures numerous products for private label sale. Distributor networks stretch across the country. The products lines are well divided between industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Included are car wash products, EPA registered products, anti-slip floor care, laundry, and ware washing products. Products are also manufactured for the metal processing and pre-plating industries with emphasis on parts washing, rust inhibiting, vibratory chemistry, and phosphatizing. Other niche products are manufactured for ultra filtration and nano/ultrafiltration, air pollution control, and water treatment industries.
