PROVESOL ES 60 is a protein product obtained by the aqueous extraction of soluble components of defatted (non-genetically modified) soy flour, subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors and dried by the spray-drying process, resulting in a product of great fat emulsifying power. It comes in the form of a fine powder, with high solubility and dispersibility. Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. No chemical additives.
