PROVESOL PQ 4426 is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated soy beans (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process, resulting in a functional ingredient with high nutritional value. It comes in the form of a fine powder, light yellow in color and soluble in water. It is free from additional ingredients and any chemical additives. Also free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. Due to its characteristics, it can be used in cheeses with technological supporting objectives.

It comes in fine powder form, with high solubility and dispersibility. No chemical additives. Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. PROVESOL PC  was developed to be applied in bonbons, chocolates and  candies  as an alternative to skimmed animal milk. Its chemical composition, low in fat, and the characteristic of having a mild flavor, promotes the replacement of milk without taste perception, obtaining a chocolate and/or  candy  free of lactose and 100% vegetable (depending on the other ingredients of the formulation). It is presented in a very fine powder, light yellow, easy to mix with the other ingredients of the formulation. It does not have a feeling of sandiness, as it is the soluble fraction of soybean.
