Provesol PC

PROVESOL PC  is a protein product obtained by the aqueous extraction of soluble components of defatted soy flour, (not genetically modified), subjected to suitable heat treatment  to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors, and dried by the  spray-drying process , resulting in a product with great fat emulsifying power. It comes in fine powder form, with high solubility and dispersibility. No chemical additives. Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. PROVESOL PC  was developed to be applied in bonbons, chocolates and  candies  as an alternative to skimmed animal milk. Its chemical composition, low in fat, and the characteristic of having a mild flavor, promotes the replacement of milk without taste perception, obtaining a chocolate and/or  candy  free of lactose and 100% vegetable (depending on the other ingredients of the formulation). It is presented in a very fine powder, light yellow, easy to mix with the other ingredients of the formulation. It does not have a feeling of sandiness, as it is the soluble fraction of soybean. Developed to be applied in bonbons, chocolates and candies as an alternative to skimmed animal milk.
