PROVESOL PQ 4426 is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated soy beans (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process, resulting in a functional ingredient with high nutritional value. It comes in the form of a fine powder, light yellow in color and soluble in water. It is free from additional ingredients and any chemical additives. Also free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. Due to its characteristics, it can be used in cheeses with technological supporting objectives.

    Storage

     PROVESOL PQ 4426 must be stored in its original packaging, on pallets in a dry and ventilated place. Keep container properly closed when not in use.
