PROVESOL PQ 6003 is a protein product obtained by the aqueous extraction of soluble components of defatted (non-genetically modified) soy flour, subjected to appropriate heat treatment for inactivation of antinutritional factors dried by a spray-drying process, resulting in a product of great power fat emulsifier. It comes in the form of a fine powder, with high solubility and dispersibility. Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. No chemical additives.

    Storage & Handling

    Storage

    PROVESOL PQ 6003,  in its original packaging, must be kept on pallets in a dry and ventilated place. Keep container properly closed when not in use.
