Roflam F5 is a phosphor flame retardant that provides a high fire resistance class of plastics. During the combustion process, the product works in a solid phase, creating on the surface of the material a charred layer inhibiting the spread of the flame. The flame retardant is a halogen-free solution, therefore, no toxic gasses such as HCl or HBr are emitted during the gas-phase combustion process.

Chemical Family: Phosphorous-based Compounds

Functions: Flame Retardant

Labeling Claims: Halogen-free, Halogenated hydrocarbons-free, Other Labeling Claims

Compatible Polymers & Resins: Epoxies (EP), Polyurethanes (PU)

Features: Low Viscosity

End Uses: Polyurethane Foams
