DETAR SAN SCHIUMA is Acid foaming detergent and lime scale remover. Detar San Schiuma is a new concept in cleaning made possible thanks to the research and experience of Perdomini-IOC in the field of detergents. This new all-in-one product unites active principles that can achieve the same results traditionally achieved only by going through an alkaline cycle followed by an acid cycle. This makes Detar San Schiuma the number one choice when time is short and/or manpower is in short supply.

DETAR 10 is a liquid acid detergent-descaler, which is not surface active and is highly efficient in the solubilisation and removal of precipitates – whether inorganic and calcareous or mixed (organic and inorganic) – from the surfaces of machines, plants and separation systems.

DETAR ACID is a detergent and descaling agent based on acid reaction designed for removing inorganic deposits from the surfaces of machines and equipment. Detar Acid has been specially formulated to dissolve and remove inorganic residues, whether caused by processing operations (e.g. milkstone) or the utility water supply (limescale).

DETAR ACID ASF is a Liquid acid-based detergent and descaling agent designed to break up and remove limescale deposits and to eliminate mixed residues (organic and inorganic).

DETAR FLOW is a Highly alkaline liquid detergent (EDTA free) which performs sequestering and suspending actions. Particularly effective at removing large quantities of organic fouling both from apparatus and from cross-flow membranes.

DETAR MEM is Highly alkaline liquid detergent (EDTA free) which performs a sequestering action. Particularly effective at removing large quantities of organic fouling. As it does not contain EDTA, this product is highly suitable for use in waste water treatment and purification plants.

DETAR PS is Alkaline-based liquid detergent with additional surfactant and sequestering activity.

DETAR TRE LIQUID is Caustic liquid descaling detergent. Detar Tre Liquid is a highly caustic liquid detergent, which means it has powerful degreasing and tartrateremoval effects. The inclusion of various kinds of organic sequestering agents in the formula gives this product a strong complexing action. This feature means that Detar Tre Liquid can also be used where the water is particularly hard.

DETAR TRE SPECIAL is Complete detergent in powder form, highly alkaline, phosphate free. Perfect for cleaning and tartrate-removal operations in wineries and food processing industries.

Detar Spray S is a sanitizing detergent with controlled foam production suitable for cleaning surfaces and equipment used for food processing, such as conveyor belts, cappers, taps, etc., in any sector of the food industry where the proliferation of microorganisms can constitute a serious problem.

DETAR 8 is Peroxide-based liquid detergent specially designed for the removal of particularly difficult food residue in conjunction with an alkaline cycle. Detar 8 is a careful blend of peroxides and sequestering agents designed ing problems deriving from dirt residue that is difficult to remove when using only alkaline treatment. The use of Detar 8 in association with washing with Detar PS develops effective oxidizing action that removes organic residue stuck to walls that would require strong mechanical action.
