Detar Spray S is a sanitizing detergent with controlled foam production suitable for cleaning surfaces and equipment used for food processing, such as conveyor belts, cappers, taps, etc., in any sector of the food industry where the proliferation of microorganisms can constitute a serious problem.

Perlac CF/Liquid is a newly formulated all-in-one cleaning product. Its composition has been carefully studied in order to create a product that would simultaneously meet the cleaning needs of the food industry and fulfill the ever stricter requirements of the environment sector. To achieve this, we’ve used new raw materials that satisfy both demands. Perlac CF/Liquid is a caustic product with added surfactants and sequestering agents with performance levels that allow it to be used effectively even in limit conditions (e.g. particularly hard water, even above 25 °F; temperature higher than 70°C).

Perlac CF/3 is a complete product, high in sequestering agents and with special highly biodegradable surfactants working in synergy with the alkaline salts to guarantee great performance every time. Perlac CF/3 has been specially designed for use in bottle washers and is particularly recommended when the water supply is especially hard.

DETAROX AP is disinfectant bactericide has a wideranging action spectrum and is highly efficient. It is specifically designed for the food sector. The main ingredient is stabilized peracetic acid. It acts on the structure of microbial cells by altering their chemiosmotic functions and cytoplasmic enzymatic systems.

PERLAC CF/0 has been specially designed for use in bottle washers. This all-in-one formula fully satisfies all the different demands of bottle cleaning and preparation for reuse.

DETAROX is Acid sanitizer with an oxidizing action, made from stabilized peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide.

PERLAC FILL is Highly caustic liquid detergent designed for use in the food and beverage industry. Perlac Fill is a product which stands out not only for its highly caustic effect, but also for its surfactants and sequestering agents. The surfactants in its formula stop it from foaming at a wide range of temperatures and independently of the type of dirt being treated. The detergent effect of the alkaline salts is also boosted by a powerful emulsifying and suspending action. A special mix of organic sequestering agents means that Perlac Fill can be used with particularly hard water, even when the wash temperature is rather high (above 70°C).

DETAR 10 is a liquid acid detergent-descaler, which is not surface active and is highly efficient in the solubilisation and removal of precipitates – whether inorganic and calcareous or mixed (organic and inorganic) – from the surfaces of machines, plants and separation systems.

Deco Fill does not contain phosphates or phosphonates, and is completely free from PHOSPHOROUS (P). No EDTA / NTA. The package of sequestering agents is composed of biodegradable non-animal-origin polymers combined with aminocarboxylates, which ensure an excellent ecological and toxicological profile. PERLAC SAN is Chlorine-based detergent. Perlac San is a powerful detergent containing active chlorine which answers the call when there are residues of organic substances needing cleaned quickly. Its formula contains special alkaline salts and a significant quantity of active chlorine agent, which work in synergy to guarantee the simultaneous elimination of organic residues, odors and staining. Thanks to the high chlorine content in Perlac San, it cleans surfaces and leaves them shining. Perlac San is non-foaming, so it can be easily used in CIP systems.

PERLAC DEGREASER is Liquid alkaline detergent with a formula rich in active substances recommended for cleaning particularly dirty walls and floors.

DETAR SAN SCHIUMA is Acid foaming detergent and lime scale remover. Detar San Schiuma is a new concept in cleaning made possible thanks to the research and experience of Perdomini-IOC in the field of detergents. This new all-in-one product unites active principles that can achieve the same results traditionally achieved only by going through an alkaline cycle followed by an acid cycle.
