IronBack® for steel is the complete rust conversion surface prep treatment. It primes rusted and non-rusted steel so you don’t have to remove old coatings and lead paints before painting them.

Perfect Primer Perfect Paint is the complete sealer, primer, and paint in one designed specially for sealing asbestos mastic, VCT tile, cutback glues, lead paint and other difficult and dangerous coatings. PerfectPaint applies directly onto existing asbestos mastic, tile, wood, concrete, or black mastic. The PerfectPaint system comes with our PerfectCleaner floor prep treatment that safely cleans and conditions surfaces without disturbing them, to maximize their adhesion to coatings.

SlabTight® Shield is a vapor barrier and coatings primer used on conretes. This protective coating forms a vapor resistant film that reduces damage to decorative coatings and floor coverings caused by water vapor, high pH levels, and salt transmission , by up to 95%. SlabTight is recommended to be applied to new or clean, bare concrete, whenever installing decorative coatings, wood or other floor coverings.

PerfectPrimer® safely seals and primes difficult and dangerous substances such as asbestos mastic, black mastics, cutback glue, failed soy gels, and lead paint, without disturbing them. PerfectPrimer does not require any removal of mastics by grinding or sanding, or expensive, messy, and dangerous treatments such as soy gels, mastic removers, and glue strippers. PerfectPrimer is a latex bridging encapsulant as defined by the EPA guidelines for encapsulating asbestos-containing materials.
