Aquamac® 490 is a self-crosslinking styrene acrylic latex for high gloss, semigloss and dtm paints with excellent block resistance and adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. It can be formulated at less than 150 g/l VOC, offering a compliant alternative to alkyds for high gloss, interior trim, and kitchen and bath applications. It can be utilized in industrial coatings and can also be used in blends with alkyd emulsion or vinyl acrylic latex to improve adhesion and block resistance. Manufactured in North America.
