Praan Naturals Hops Total CO2 Extract is produced from the cones of Humulus lupus, more commonly known as hops. Hops are most well known for their use in flavoring beer. Hops Total CO2 Extract contains both the volatile and non-volatile CO2 soluble components of hops. CO2 Totals are CO2 Supercritical Extracts that have been extracted at higher pressure than those classified as CO2 Selects. CO2 Totals are believed to most closely represent the natural plant as compared to essential oils and CO2 Selects. Aromatically, Praan Naturals Hops Total CO2 Extract possesses a complex, fresh, green, bittersweet herbal aroma. It is yellowish-brown in color and is semi-soft at room temperature. It contains 38-58% humulones (alpha acids) and 16-30% lupulones (beta acids). Aromatically, Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil acts as a top note and possesses a fresh, crisp medicinal aroma. It blends well with peppermint, spearmint, lavender, lemon and other citrus oils and cedarwood and other wood oils. Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil is well suited for use in room diffusion and chest balm types of applications intended to support wellness. In holistic aromatherapy applications, Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil is typically considered to be energizing and uplifting. Is can be used in blends to help promote focus and clarity. Praan Naturals Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil has been rectified to contain 80% 1,8-Cineole (also known as Cineole or as Eucalyptol). According to the third edition of The Complete Guide to Aromatherapy Volume 1 by Salvatore Battaglia, rectification is typical for Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil in order to improve its aroma. Essential Oil Safety Edition 2 by Robert Tisserand and Rodney Young recommend avoiding use of Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil on or near the face of babies and children. For topical formulations intended for adults, they recommend a dermal maximum of 20%.

Praan Naturals Fractionated Coconut Oil is palm-free. Fractionated Coconut Oil is a light, fluid and stable lipid. It consists primarily of Caprylic and Capric acids, two important medium-chain triglycerides that are naturally present in coconut oil and that are fluid at room temperature. Fractionated Coconut Oil is produced through the distillation and fractionation of virgin coconut oil to isolate the Caprylic and Capric acids as they are both fluid at room temperature.
