Presafer 110MB80 is a kind of halogen free flame retarding masterbatch with N and P, especially designed for polypropylene, long fiber reinforced polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin product. 110MB80 contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retarding effect by intumescent flame retarding mechanism.Flame retarded by 110MB80, polyolefin and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.5mm) and the LOI is no less than 32.

Presafer 100MB75 contains N and P, is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant masterbatch for polyolefin. It has been developed especially for various PP products, and can be used in other polyolefin products as well. Containing acid source, gas source and carbon source, 100MB75 takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism.
