It has been developed especially for the thermoplastic polyurethane and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). This flame retardant functions in the condensed phase and the gas phase. The FR TPU can be used in power cables, communication cables, geographic exploration cables and auto cables, etc. TPU with Preniphor™ EPFR-400A can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm), UL 1581 VW-1 and other flame retardant grades.
