PTM&W Industries, Inc ES6271 is a light grayish-tan two part epoxy adhesive that was developed specifically for difficult bonding problems involving similar or dissimilar materials. There are two pigmented versions of ES6279 available: ES6271 A is black and ES6272 is white. The three products are identical, except for color. These adhesives provide excellent adhesion to a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, steel, brass, concrete, brick, glass, stone, ceramics, tile and wood. These adhesives have very good handling characteristics. The mix ratio of 1 to 1 by weight or volume allows easy measuring. They have a creamy, smooth viscosity; are very easy to mix; and have good thixotropy for application to contoured or vertical surfaces without sag or runoff. These adhesives cure relatively quickly, developing sufficient “green strength” to allow bonded items to be removed from the holding fixtures and handled within a few hours. The cured material has excellent strength, as well as, good resistance to weak acids, moisture and weather.

PTM&W Industries, Inc ES6240 is a two component toughened epoxy adhesive with very good cured properties that provides excellent bonds to a variety of substrates. Its blend of high lap shear and T-Peel values allow superior performance in demanding bonding applications. ES6240 adheres very well to wood, metal, composites and some plastics. The bonded components exhibit tough and durable performance for long term stability in use.

PTM&W Industries, Inc OC3700 is a two-part, room temperature curing epoxy optical cement. OC3700 is recommended for glass to glass bonding, where its law mixed viscosity and room temperature cure allow as much as an hour for close positioning. In addition, its index of refraction and unusually low coefficient of thermal expansion make it especially suited to glass bonding.

PTM&W Industries, Inc ES6251 is a two-component somewhat lighter epoxy system formulated for bonding together machinable board stock. ES6251 is easily sanded, and will match the surface contour of the machined and sanded board-stock master. Its primary advantage over many other adhesive products is that it minimizes “telegraphing” bond lines when castings or laminates are pulled from the assembled board-stock surface. This system allows enough time to coat and bond large surface areas, but still has reasonable curing time for handling. ES6251 can be used to bond urethane and epoxy board stock, ranging from lightweight foam boards to high-density solid boards.

PTM&W Industries, Inc ES6247 is a two component toughened epoxy adhesive with very good cured properties that provides excellent bonds to a variety of substrates. Its blend of high lap shear and T-Peel values allow superior performance in demanding bonding applications. ES6247 adheres very well to wood, metal, composites and some plastics. The bonded components exhibit tough and durable performance for long term stability in use.

PTM&W Industries, Inc ES6265 is a smooth, slightly thixotropic, cream colored paste epoxy adhesive and patching compound designed for general bonding and repair where the bond line will be exposed to elevated temperature in service. ES6265 has very good heat resistance, so it is a good candidate for such uses. ES6265 consists of an off-white resin and a tan hardener that combine readily form a smooth-consistency, slightly thixotrpoic paste adhesive which bonds well to a variety of metal and non-metallic surfaces. For example, it has been used extensively for the potting of drill bushings into both metal and composite tools and fixtures, where it holds up very well to the heat generated in that application.

PTM&W Industries, Inc ES6259 is a versatile epoxy adhesive that provides very good bond strengths to many substrates under a variety of exposure conditions. ES6259 cures to a tough, slightly resilient product, which makes it ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. ES6259 is also an excellent candidate for applications that are exposed to high humidity and water immersion, due to its resistance to brine and fresh water alike.
