The protein is washed from the flour and dried in a controlled environment producing a concentrated material. On a dry basis, GROTEIN is concentrated at 80% protein. No preservatives are used. GROTEIN is not a ready to eat (NRTE) product. Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) under 21 CFR, Part 184.1322.
