PyroBreak EX-13 is a water based flame retardant saturant for flame retardant treatment of paper, paperboard, wood or natural fibers. The product contains a wetting agent to increase the rate of penetration. The product is a phosphorous based flame retardant system and is appropriate where salt based flame retardant chemistry cannot be applied.

PyroBreak EX-8 is a water based, clear, flame retardant. It contains a water resistant and U/V stable latex polymer and a special wetting agent to increase the rate of penetration of the product into substrates such as paper, paperboard, wood, and natural fibers.

PyroCoat EX-16 is a clear, water based liquid that can be used either as a coating or saturant for paper, paperboard or wood based products. EX-16 dries to a clear, hard, fire resistant ceramic like coating or if impregnated into paper or paperboard produces a higher compressive strength and somewhat brittle product.

PyroBreak EX-2 is a water based flame retardant system containing a wetting agent designed to increase the rate and depth at which the fire retardant will penetrate paper, paperboard, wood, and fabric substrates. The flame retardant saturant works by reducing the threshold ignition temperature and completely dehydrating the cellulose fibers. This alters the decomposition favoring the formation of non-flammable char and significantly reducing the formation of combustible tars.

PyroCide White is a water-based latex intumescent coating specifically designed for spray application on wood based building materials. It is non-yellowing, high hiding, low gloss, and clean white in appearance.

PyroCide™ Clear is a two component thin film intumescent coating formulated for existing and new wood structures where the appearance of the wood is important. PyroCide™ Clear will not bubble, haze or crack. It has enough water resistance for interior applications to allow the coating to have an occasional wipe with a damp cloth and maintain its finish.An intumescent coating is a proprietary formulated blend of compounds which, at ambient temperatures, remain perfectly stable and nonreactive. When the temperature increases, its components undergo a chemical reaction and produce an extended char. This carbonaceous char has a volume many times that of the original thin coating and its low thermal conductivity provides insulation and protects the substrate from the effects of fire propagation.

PyroCide EX-4 is a flame retardant, intumescent powder that imparts flame retardancy to water-based latex coatings, solvent based resin coatings, caulks, mastics, and sealants. The products can also be added to various plastics and polyurethane foams as a flame retardant system.

PyroCide II is a flame retardant intumescent coating comprised of an intumescent system in a water resistant polymer latex. It provides excellent flame retardancy to a variety of substrate without degrading or altering them in either their active or passive state.

PyroCoat EX-1 is a water based, ceramic coating which, when applied to a non-flexible surface and dried, forms a hard fire resistant surface.PyroCoat EX1 bonds well to most fiberboard, wood, or wood-based surfaces without degrading or altering the material in either its active or passive state.
