- Applications
- RIANOX® 1726 is a multifunctional phenolic antioxidant suitable for stabilization of organic polymers particularly of Adhesives, especially Hot Melt Adhesives (HMA) based on SBS or SIS as well as Solvent Born Adhesives (SBA) based on elastomers (Natural Rubber NR, Chloroprene Rubber CR, SBR, etc.) and Water Born Adhesives.
- RIANOX® 1726 is also suitable for the stabilization of block-copolymers such as SBS and SIS and for Polyurethane Products such as PUR sealants. It effectively protects the substrate against thermo oxidative degradation.
- RIANOX® 1726 is non-staining, non-discoloring, low in volatility, resistant to extraction, and stable to light and heat.
- RIANOX® 1726 is unique in its ability to provide both processing and long-term heat aging stability used alone, at low levels and without co-stabilizers.
- Where necessary RIANOX® 1726 can be used with other additives such as primary, secondary antioxidants, light stabilizers, other functional stabilizers and fillers.
