Rodolfi Mansueto Tomato puree is prepared with fresh tomatoes, sieved and partially deprived of their water content. We produce various tomato puree both depending on the brix degree (8-9% and 10-12%) and depending on the content of seeds and peels, for example Rustic Tomato puree. In addition to the conventional version, these products are also available in an organic version.
