Roland Mills United Whole Wheat Flour Plus

Roland Mills United Whole Wheat Flour Plus is produced in our mill using a specially developed milling process. The special grinding makes it possible to produce baked goods that are characterized by a larger volume compared to conventional whole wheat flours and that with the same nutritional value. There are no restrictions for the production process, so this process can be implemented without any problems via fermentation delay or fermentation interruption. Baking in in-store baking ovens at the customer's site is therefore possible.
