SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX4610 resin is a 10% glass fiber reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This high performance injection moldable grade has a UL 5VA flame rating, non-brominated / non-chlorinated FR package, UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1, excellent chemical resistance, high heat resistance, and flow. NORYL GTX4610 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of electrical applications including connectors, sockets, sensors, terminal blocks, and insulator components. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. This injection moldable grade is optimized to allow for in- or on-line primer-less powder coat painting around corners and holes with a Class A Surface. NORYL GTX674PC resin exhibits high heat resistance, improved surface appearance and is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as mirror housings and brackets. This injection moldable grade is optimized for primer-less electrostatic and powder coat painting, and it is UL 5VA rated with a non-brominated, non-chlorinated FR package. NORYL GTX678 resin exhibits an excellent balance of conductivity, high heat resistance, good ductility, and is heat stabilized. This material is an excellent candidate for non-automotive painted applications such as office furniture, PVC/metal replacement, lighting ballast housings / enclosures, and appliance exteriors. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. This injection moldable grade is optimized to allow for primer-less electrostatic painting. NORYL GTX679 resin has improved impact / elongation, and the mineral content allows for the material to be used in structural applications such as metal and thermoset resin replacement. This material is available only in black. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities.
