This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N225X resin offers good dielectric strength and strong electrical performance in addition to low moisture absorption and dimensional stability, This material is an excellent candidate for both indoor and outdoor electrical applications.

NORYL PX5534 is an excellent candidate for central heating parts, water filters, and water meter components. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

LNP STAT-KON KX02764 compound is based on POM (Acetal) copolymer resin containing conductive carbon powder. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive.

SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010AR Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque and transparent colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ GTX987 resin is a conductive, high performance non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized for primer-less electrostatic painting. NORYL™ GTX987 resin exhibits a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of ~7. This material is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as body panels, tank flaps, and tailgates.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9134 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a UV stabilized high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40 deg C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9134 resin is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

LNP STAT-KON FX98500C compound is based on Polyethylene (PE) resin containing conductive carbon powder. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive.

LNP STAT-LOY PF306 compound is based on Nylon 6 resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Permanently Anti-Static.
