SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9414 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers low temperature ductility, thin wall flame retardant capability, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9414 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, especially the housing of fast-charging mobile phones.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL9414T resin grade is a halogen-free flame retardant polycarbonate featuring transparency, -40 degree C ductility and UL-94 V0 rating for injection molding applications. Excellent impact combined with good flow, all transparent colorability for esthetics and thin wall flame retradancy makes this product an excellent candidate for thin wall applications. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL NHP9023 resin is a 15% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 1.5mm and V1 at 0.75mm for thin-wall molding capability. NORYL NHP9023 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, strong electrical performance, and very low specific gravity. It is an excellent candidate for copier fuser units, business equipment internal components, and electrical applications where thin-wall FR, modulus retention, and high heat resistance are required. This medium flow resin features (all color rating) UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame, RTI(elec.) 130C, based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR agents with excellent processability and improved release performance. Available in custom opaque colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7720 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, high flow, high heat resistant, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@1.2mm, 5VA@2.5mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.
