THERMODAN® HF TP521BU has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP521 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.

THERMODAN® HF TP543C2 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655- 6.1 for types LTS1, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 and HD 604 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP543C2 have complied with IEC 60332, part 22, 23 & 24 – 1 and 3 fire tests.

THERMODAN® HF TP832BU has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables sheathed with TP832 have received LPCB approval.

PEXIDAN® HF SX407K pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM424 in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX407K has been designed to be used in different nuclear power plant radiation resistance cables sheathing with LOCA approval. Different types of cable designs made using SX407 have complied with the following flame tests: - BS 4066 Part 1/IEC 332 Part 1; CEGB GDCD Standard 21; VDE 0472 Pt.804 Method C; VDE 0472 Pt.814; NF C 32- 070 Test 2 (Category C1); BS 4066 Part 3; IEC 332 Part 3 (Categories A, B & C).

THERMODAN® HF TP519C has been developed specially to offer good processability, very fast extrusion process with very low die drool.

THERMODAN® TP521B has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP521 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.

PEXIDAN® R/T is a low density XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-009. Mixed in the proper proportions (95/5) the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® R/T is listed with the Canadian Standards Association for use in RW-90 and RWU-90 XLPE applications and rated to -40ºC. PEXIDAN® R/T is non-flame-retardant, halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.

PEXIDAN® HF SX650 pre-grafted base is mixed with catalyst masterbatch CM603 or CM601, in an addition rate between 3% and 5%, depending on extrusion conditions. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX650 system has been developed to meet specification requirements TUV 2Pfg1169:2007, EN 50618:2014 and IEC 62930.

PEXIDAN® HF SX559 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U in a ratio of 97:3 to 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX559 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1, EN 50525-3-41 or other insulation or sheathing applications where high fire retardancy is required. Good CPR performance.

THERMODAN® HF TP832NUT has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables sheathed with TP832 have received LPCB approval.

PEXIDAN® HF SX545 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX545 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41.

PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is a low density XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-288UV. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95:5), the two-component blend results in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. Insulation made with PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is rated to -40ºC and may be marked Sunlight Resistant (“-SR”) in all colors and in all sizes per CSA C22.2 No. 38. PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is suitable for CSA Type RPV90 and RPVU90 photovoltaic wire per C22.2 No. 271. PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is non-flame-retardant, halogen-free and RoHS-compliant

THERMODAN® HF TP851 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of cable specifications BS 7629, BS 6387 CWZ, BS EN 50200, BS 8434-2 & BS 5839-1 Clause 26.2 PH120 Enhanced. TP851 complies with LTS3 in BS 7655.

THERMODAN® HF TP870B has been developed specially to meet general requirements of BS 7655 Section 6.1 type LTS 1.

THERMODAN® HF TP 543COT has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655- 6.1 for types LTS1, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 and HD 604 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP543C have complied with IEC 60332, part 22, 23 & 24 – 1 and 3 fire tests.

THERMODAN® HF TP812 has been developed specially to offer good processability, fast extrusion process with very low die drool. TP812 is capable of meeting the flame retardant requirements of UL 1666, UL 1685, IEEE 1202, FT-4 in specific fiber optic constructions. It is also recognized as halogen free under UL 2885. It can be extruded using PVC extruders and screws. It possesses excellent tensile and flame retardant properties and meets the requirements of limited toxic and corrosive fume emission

PEXIDAN® HF SX622 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U/1 in the ratio 95:5 or CM540U in the ratio 97:3. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX622 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-360 SHF2 sheathing.
