Black Currant Tea is a flavored Chinese black tea with added currant leaves. Its flavor is slightly grape-like and is reserved compared to most fruit flavored teas. Often sold as Russian Tea by cafes due to its flavor being similar to Russian teas traditionally mixed with fruit jam.

Ashwagandha is a well-known herb in Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine), where it is reputed to assist in strengthening the immune system, restoring and replenishing energy, and as an adaptogen to adapt to and resist stress.

San Francisco Herb Ashwagandha Root, Cut - 1 Lb

An apricot flavored black tea. Has a sharp, sweet, fruity taste, and a pop of orange color from added marigold flower petals. Also tastes great as an iced tea.

San Francisco Herb Apricot Tea - 1 Lb

Almond Extract 8 fl oz used for baking, cakes, and frostings with indefinite Shelf life. It may be produced on machinery that packages tree nuts, soy, and dairy items.

A spicy cajun blend good for cooking dishes such as seafood, homestyle stir-fry potatoes, sauces, and many others.

San Francisco Herb Cajun Spice Blend - 1 Lb

Also called Red Pepper Flakes or Crushed Red Pepper and also spelled Chile Flakes. A blend of hot and mild chili flakes that are rated at about 35,000 heat on the Scoville scale. Commonly used for sprinkling on pizza, for pickling spices, and adding to sauces, soups, sausages, etc.

San Francisco Herb Chili Flakes - 1 Lb (35,000 HU)

Earl gray is a blend of Chinese black tea and Italian bergamot oil. Known as the Copenhagen Blend as it was traditionally sourced from Denmark through the 1960's. It brews a medium bodied cup with fruity, dry citrus aromatics.

San Francisco Herb Earl Grey Tea - 1 Lb

True bay leaf, not to be confused with California bay leaf (which is more mentholated). Commonly used in European and North American cuisine for soups, stews, meats, seafood, and vegetable dishes. Also used in Indian cuisine for biryani and many salads. Generally not recommended for stringing projects, as leaves are somewhat brittle and some leaves may be discolored or broken.

San Francisco Herb Bay Leaves, Whole - 8oz

Guajillo is the name for the dried Mirasol chile. It is a slightly berry/fruity flavored chile with lightly smoky/cocoa undertones. Mild to medium-hot heat, 2500-5000 heat units (Scoville scale). Used to flavor all kinds of meats, especially chicken. Also great in salsas, sauces, soups, and stews. Often in harissa. May be treated with up to 100 ppm ethoxyquin.
