- Properties
POLURENE LPI 34 NT is highly resistant to acid and alkaline hydrolysis and has shortpot-life. It has a very crystalline structures and it yields a clear, odorless, flexible film which is very resistant to aging and to heat-shock. It is a ready to use product.
Application method: apply the adhesive to one surface only.
Application tools: by brush or by roller. Bonding method: by press (ab. 40kg/cm2) or by clamps. Pressing temperature: room temperature. It is recommended not to apply the product under +5°C.
Max moisture degree: 25%. It is recommended to bond the wood always at the same humidity degree. Minimum temperature: +5°C, in the working place.
Open time: 60-75 minutes.
Dosage: 150-200 gr/m2, according to the permeability of the substrate.
Junctions characteristics: junctions bonded with POLURENE LPI 34 NT are high resistant to moisture and to chemical and inorganic solvents. At a temperature of -30 °C, the adhesive cannot be split off without breaking the bonded parts.

In sealed drums we guarantee a storage life of 12 months, provided the product is stored under dry and cool condition. Once opened, the drums should be used in short time, because the product is sensitive to moisture that can cause the curing of the product inside the drum.
