S-395-N5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity and high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

SPP-10 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

FluoroSPERSE® 153V is a dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a universal lithographic system. They assure good wetting, uniform composition, and avoid the handling of powder. They are available in a range of printing ink vehicles, solvents, and in combination with wax.

These PTFE powders are Natural Prime PTFE micronized to various particle sizes and are FDA compliant for applications requiring food contact. MicroFLON 1433FG is designed for food contact applications. These applications include: food processing, machine parts, and medical devices.

PowderTEX 94 is a pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) developed as a texturing agent for powder coatings.

S-232 MG is a micronized polyethylene-carnauba wax alloy. S-232 also is available in N1, N5 and SD3 grades.

S-256-N1 is a carnauba and synthetic wax alloy showing melting peaks ranging from 95 – 113°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance.

S-NAUBA 5021 is a concentrated blend of carnauba and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C. S-368 N5T imparts lubricity, abrasion resistance and anti-blocking properties to aqueous-based systems. It also has been used successfully in laminating adhesives to improve die-cutting performance.

SST®-4 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 3-4 µm. SST® products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to provide slip, non-stick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion. Keep the lid tight on the container to avoid separation. If this product has separated, simple mixing with paddle or propeller mixer is all that will be required. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.

TexMATTE 6017 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product. Shamrock’s Texture Series consists of polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and PMMA (Texture-W, SPP, FluoroTEX, TexMATTE) powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These stir in powders provide a unique feel and texture allowing for customized surface finishes.

SST®-4P is an off-white to light gray low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 3 µm.

AquaFLON® 178G is a stable aqueous dispersion of a blend of a synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

Taber Tiger 5512 is a highly crystalline grade of synthetic wax and is produced to rigid particle size specifications.

AquaFLON® MG is an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and carnauba wax. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

FluoroSLIP® 511 is a blend of high melting synthetic wax and PTFE.

Super Taber 5509 N1 by Shamrock Technologies Inc. is commonly used as Slip Agent for a variety of applications in Industrial. Typical use levels recommended for Super Taber 5509 N1: 1.0 - 3.0%. It is available in Powder form.

Super Taber 5509 SP5 is a combination of polytetrafluoroethylene and selected polyethylene waxes with a large average particle size for use in thick film applications.

Hydrocer 357 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous spherical synthetic wax dispersion. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

TexMATTE 6010 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product. CeraSPERSE 87NS is a polymeric compound for non-skid applications. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.
