- 3.5 Water Zinc Borate will release the crystalline water under high temperature, absorb plenty of heat, reduce the temperature of flaming surface and dilute the oxide in the air to retard the flaming processing. Boost the formation of char layer, this product can produce multi-holes char layer and can steady the boron trioxide. Under the high temperature, Zinc Borate will produce the boron trioxide films like glass, and cover the polymers to insulate the heat and retard the flaming.
