It is especially recommended for use in NR/silica compounds, providing viscosity reduction, scorch protection and dynamic property improvement.

STRUKTOL® HT 207 A zinc-free processing aid especially designed for use with silica-filled elastomers. It improves extrusion rate, reduces hysteresis, and reduces mill roll sticking. It has a slight activation effect in sulfur-cured compounds which in some instances is very desirable.

STRUKTOL® TR 219 is for use in Nylon 6 and 6,6 and has been found to also work in PET compounds, especially recycled applications or in the case of PET contaminated with other plastics. At this time STRUKTOL® TR 219 is not for use in FDA applications.

STRUKTOL® TR 229 for use in both PC and PC/ABS blends as well as Nylon 6 and 6,6 compounds. It can be used in FDA applications. It is also ideal for use in recycled applications.

STRUKTOL® ZB 49 A recent addition to our product lineup. It is designed for use as a process additive in silica-filled compounds to both reduce viscosity and improve extrusion rate. It promotes the crosslinking reaction between polysulfide silane coupling agents and polymer, and has minimal effect on dynamic stiffness.
