Advantage :
STRUKTOL® V-PEDS will reduce melt viscosity and improve flow in both injection molding and extrusion. STRUKTOL® V-PEDS will resist plate out and can be used in applications where surface printability is required.
Applications :
STRUKTOL® V-PEDS has both internal and external lubricant characteristics. It can be used in calendaring, extrusion and injection molding applications. It also has applicability in complex extruded profiles.

Wire and Cable (High Speed) :
V-PEDS : 1.0 – 1.5 phr
VLB-602 : 0.5 – 0.7 phr
STRUKTOL® V-PEDS is typically used in combination with calcium stearate at 0.5 – 1.0 phr. It is not recommended in clear compounds at levels higher that 0.5 phr.
