W 34 - A combination of zinc-free fatty acid derivatives. It is used as a filler dispersing agent in a wide range of polymers (NR, SBR, IIR, EPDM, CR, CSM, and ACM), and can be used in open mill production as well as production in internal mixers.

TPW 113 - Designed for filled olefin compounds as a processing aid and acts as a synergist to enhance properties and can be used with our without coupling agents.

WB 212 - A blend of high molecular weight, aliphatic fatty acid esters and condensation products. These processing aids are zinc-free and are designed to improve processing with no reduction in cured properties.

WB 42 - A zinc-free blend of fatty acid derivatives that provides internal as well as external lubricationin a wide range of elastomers, resulting in improved flow, cavity fill, mold release and extrusion. It does not affect peroxide cures.

ZB 47 - A proprietary zinc compound which promotes processing in filled rubber systems. It offers heat stability (reversion resistance) and improves dynamic properties in natural rubber compounds containing mineral fillers and silane coupling agents. It can improve tack and tack retention of high natural rubber compounds.

HT 105A - A non-discoloring multifunctional additive used as a mild mastication additive. It combines both chemical and physical peptizing functionality. This additive favors the breakdown of high molecular weight chains alone, resulting in more uniform molecular weight distribution and better dynamic vulcanizate properties.

STRUKTOL® HT 207 A zinc-free processing aid especially designed for use with silica-filled elastomers. It improves extrusion rate, reduces hysteresis, and reduces mill roll sticking. It has a slight activation effect in sulfur-cured compounds which in some instances is very desirable.

RP 11 - Lubricating viscosity modifiers for polypropylene that provide consistent melt flow change in both virgin and recycled materials. These multi-functional additives are formulated to meet the desired amount of melt change in a given range. Available with odor control additives incorporated as needed, as is the case with RP 23 and RP 38. RP 38 is designed to work well in contaminated mixed recycle streams.

TR 052 - A versatile additive that has found many uses in polymer applications such as compatibilization of dissimilar materials, dispersing agent and flow modifier.

TR EBS - Ethylene bisstearamide wax for a wide range of polymers used for improved dispersion of pigments and fillers and viscosity modification. TR EBS VG is manufactured from high quality vegetable acid with low iodine value.

40 MS - This homogenizing agent is particularly effective with those elastomer blends that tend to crumble at the beginning of the mixing cycle. It is used to improve the homogeneity of elastomers of different polarity and viscosity. It also reduces mill bagging behavior, extrusion rates are increased without increasing die swell, and calendering properties are improved. Increases the green tack of many compounds although it is not strictly a tackifier.

Calcium Stearateused by the rubber and plastic industries as an effective elastomer processing aid and release agent. The low chloride content of STRUKTOL® Calcium Stearate allows for complete product dispersion in elastomers. Our "GR" version offers low dust and easy handling.

MR 187 - A silicone free anti-tack agent (liquid, water soluble, mandrel release) and external lubricant for rubber processing. It has been especially designed for EPDM hoses, both peroxide and sulfur cross-linked, but can also be used successfully as a lubricantfor cured rubber articles. It is biodegradable.

A 60 - A rubber soluble zinc soap leading to rapid physical peptization. It starts to be effective at lower mixing temperatures and can be used for mastication in a separate stage as well as for single stage mixing. A 60DH has a lower melting profile than A 60.

A 86 are used as a combination peptizing and processing additive and are effective in both natural and synthetic rubber. A 80 and A 82 are easily dispersed in rubber due to their high concentration of dispersing agent. A 86 contains more active substance and can therefore be used at lower dosages.

TR 251 - A blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants for areas where EBS is being used. An effective dispersant and wetting agent for pigments and fillers in a wide variety of polymer systems.

RP 28 - A compatibilizer and blending aid that reduces splay in colored and/or filled polymers. Extremely compatible with polyolefins and PVC, and can be used to increase extrusion output rates. Also for recycling a wide range of polymer streams.

VLB-618 - External lubricant, excellent for calendering clear rigid PVC, and high speed wire & cable. VLB-618 is the vegetable based version.

TR 255 - A blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants for areas where EBS is being used. An effective dispersant and wetting agent for pigments and fillers in a wide variety of polymer systems. TR 255 is the FDA version.

EF 44A - A blend of fatty acid derivatives (predominantly zinc soaps) useful as a processing additive for a wide variety of rubbers with the exception of halogenated elastomers. It is particularlyeffective in highly reinforced black and silica compounds and is especially suited for high durometer extrusion.

RP 23 - Lubricating viscosity modifiers for polypropylene that provide consistent melt flow change in both virgin and recycled materials. These multi-functional additives are formulated to meet the desired amount of melt change in a given range. Available with odor control additives incorporated as needed, as is the case with RP 23 and RP 38. RP 38 is designed to work well in contaminated mixed recycle streams.

ZINC STEARATE VG (USP Grade) - Manufactured from a high quality vegetable fatty acid with a low iodine value in a tightly controlled production operation that guarantees product uniformity.

ZINC STEARATE CM (USP Grade) - This clear melt zinc stearate is one of the most widely used additives in the plastics field. It also serves as a lubricant or emulsifier in the toiletries and cosmetics areas, and can be used for mold release.

V-EGS - A very compatible internal/external lubricant for rigid PVC.

HPS 11 - A zinc-free processing aid useful in both general and special purpose elastomers. It is designed to increase flow in filled compounds while promoting release to mixer rotors, mills, and calenders.

A 80 are used as a combination peptizing and processing additive and are effective in both natural and synthetic rubber. A 80 and A 82 are easily dispersed in rubber due to their high concentration of dispersing agent. A 86 contains more active substance and can therefore be used at lower dosages.

PE(O)-300 - External lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC.

CY 50 - A recent addition to our line of processing and performance enhancing additives. It is designed for use in both natural & synthetic rubbers containing silica, improving both dispersion rate and silane reactivity.

PE(O)-600 - External lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC.

VLB-602 - External lubricant, excellent for calendering clear rigid PVC, and high speed wire & cable. VLB-618 is the vegetable based version.

TR 121 - Oleamide used as a slip agent in polyolefins. Its uniform bloom makes it a valuable flow and release agent in thermoplastics and thermoset elastomers.

SA 0811 - For use with recycled rigid PVC where additional stabilization and lubrication is needed to reduce yellowing, burning and sticking in extrusion, injection molding and calendering.

V-DSP - Internal lubricant for extruded profiles and molding - exceptional clarity.
