STRUKTOL® HT 276 A recent addition to the Struktol product line. Designed for use in silica-filled compounds, it provides the maximum benefit in extrudate appearance. It is especially recommended for use in NR/silica compounds, providing viscosity reduction, scorch protection and dynamic property improvement.

Activator 73 A - Multifunctional cure activators for the sulfur vulcanization of diene rubber, especially natural rubber. They can partly or totally replace conventional activators based on fatty acids (stearic acid, zinc stearate, and zinc 2-ethylhexanoate) and impart excellent reversion resistance. They can also be used as an effective physical peptizer for the mastication of natural rubber to improve processability in mixing, extrusion and molding. "LM" is designed for low shear and low temperature mixes.

STRUKTOL® WS 280 Organosilicone providing maximum heat stability in FKM and FVMQ compounds

WB 42 - A zinc-free blend of fatty acid derivatives that provides internal as well as external lubricationin a wide range of elastomers, resulting in improved flow, cavity fill, mold release and extrusion. It does not affect peroxide cures.

STRUKTOL® HT 207 A zinc-free processing aid especially designed for use with silica-filled elastomers. It improves extrusion rate, reduces hysteresis, and reduces mill roll sticking. It has a slight activation effect in sulfur-cured compounds which in some instances is very desirable.

TR 052 - A versatile additive that has found many uses in polymer applications such as compatibilization of dissimilar materials, dispersing agent and flow modifier.

TR EBS - Ethylene bisstearamide wax for a wide range of polymers used for improved dispersion of pigments and fillers and viscosity modification. TR EBS VG is manufactured from high quality vegetable acid with low iodine value.

Calcium Stearateused by the rubber and plastic industries as an effective elastomer processing aid and release agent. The low chloride content of STRUKTOL® Calcium Stearate allows for complete product dispersion in elastomers. Our "GR" version offers low dust and easy handling.

40 MS - This homogenizing agent is particularly effective with those elastomer blends that tend to crumble at the beginning of the mixing cycle. It is used to improve the homogeneity of elastomers of different polarity and viscosity. It also reduces mill bagging behavior, extrusion rates are increased without increasing die swell, and calendering properties are improved. Increases the green tack of many compounds although it is not strictly a tackifier.

V-Wax E has Superior plate out resistance for calendered and molded goods.

V-EGS - A very compatible internal/external lubricant for rigid PVC.

VLB-602 - External lubricant, excellent for calendering clear rigid PVC, and high speed wire & cable. VLB-618 is the vegetable based version.

PE(O)-600 - External lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC.

PE(O)-300 - External lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC.

V-PEDS - Internal/external lubricant for extruded profiles and molded goods.

TR 151-40 - Excellent internal lubricant with some anti-static characteristics. Available with 40% or 95% monoglycerides.

SA 0811 - For use with recycled rigid PVC where additional stabilization and lubrication is needed to reduce yellowing, burning and sticking in extrusion, injection molding and calendering.

V-DSP - Internal lubricant for extruded profiles and molding - exceptional clarity.

RP 17 - An odor control additive that is effective in polymer systems containing recycled rubber and plastics content. It is ideal for automotive and recycling applications for improving both odor during processing, as well as odor of the final part. It can also be used in polyethylene and polypropylene based wood-plastic composites.

V-PEAS LA - External lubricant for calendering.

A 50 - A rubber soluble zinc soap of high molecular weight that provides a rapid physical peptization of natural rubber. It starts to be effective in the lower temperature range of compounding and can be used for mastication in a separate stage as well as for single stage mixing.

STRUKTOL® JV 46F Designed to improve extrusion output and appearance in NR, SBR, SSBR, and EPDM compounds. Has a very high affinity for silica fillers and provides for maximum reduction of rolling resistance in high-performance silica tire treads.

TPW 709 - A highly efficient lubricant used when a broad range of composites are in the mix and can be used with or without coupling agents.

CALCIUM STEARATE GR (granule) - Offers low dust and easy handling. The low chloride content of STRUKTOL® Calcium Stearate allows for complete product dispersion in elastomers and meets the quality and processing demands of polyolefin, polystyrene and polyester manufacture.

TR 055 - A combination product designed to offer more external lubricity for improved flow and metal release. It has proven to be very effective in automotive applications to replace traditional lubricants for improved processing and end product properties, including better fogging characteristics.

TR 131 - Erucic acid amide used as a higher temperature slip agent. Its slower migration rate is beneficial for printing films.

V-PEAS - External lubricant for calendering, extrusion, blow and injection molding. V-PEAS VG is the vegetable based version.

V-HRW - Highly compatible lubricant with both internal and external properties.

TR 151-95 - Excellent internal lubricant with some anti-static characteristics. Available with 40% or 95% monoglycerides.

EP 52 - A processing additive designed for use in EPDM, butyl, and halobutyl rubber compounds. It is a blend of rubber compatible non-hardening synthetic resins and fatty acid soaps, and is effective at improving extrusion uniformity and smoothing extrudates.

TR 255 - A blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants for areas where EBS is being used. An effective dispersant and wetting agent for pigments and fillers in a wide variety of polymer systems. TR 255 is the FDA version.

V-SSE - Extrusion, calendering and injection molding superior weathering.

RP 28 - A compatibilizer and blending aid that reduces splay in colored and/or filled polymers. Extremely compatible with polyolefins and PVC, and can be used to increase extrusion output rates. Also for recycling a wide range of polymer streams.

VLB-618 - External lubricant, excellent for calendering clear rigid PVC, and high speed wire & cable. VLB-618 is the vegetable based version.
